β β β β β Unprofessional all around. The owner of the business essentially yelled at me when I called to enquire about the fact my product wasnβt delivered on the day they told me it would be. He said βI donβt need thisβ and hung up on me. Was rude from the moment he picked up the phone.

β β β β β Avon orders don't come on time. Waited around day #1, now day #2...still nothing. Their package tracking system online is poorly done.. You won't know anything more but "on truck."

β β β β β IT would be nice if they came before 7pm and if they actually knocked on the door. This is getting very annoying having to wait and wait for them to deliver. I also had to put a sign up to tell them to deliver to the back door and not just at the start of the breezeway. I mean when the address says back door, that means to the back door.
After 6 months and still having the same problems.

β β β β β Did not come at all on day rescheduled- no notification given. Did not come within given time frame on 2nd rebooked day either. I had to call twice to get my "signature needed" delivery completed, plus take day and half off work to wait. Not satisfied this time; other times I have been able to receive delivery as originally scheduled, so have not needed to rebook- which is where they seemed to not follow through efficiently.

β β β β β The service from virtual courtier is awful. The owner Nicholas Brodeur is rude and arrogant. He does NOT provide good customer service. He has a hard time keeping delivery drivers because of his bad attitude and rudeness. He is really not organized and doesnβt know how to run a business. He doesnβt care about his customers. I donβt know why he has customers as his delivery service and attitude is awful.

β β β β β I have them on speed dial because my AVON order is never delivered on time. I speak with Mark on a regular basis, who is courteous and tap dances well around the problem ... but the problem is poor and unreliable service. Nicholas Brodeur, Owner needs to step it up. I think AVON should find a better service.
