Otto's Collision Centre

Excellent service at this Collision Center. The manager, Mr. Mearns treated me with respect and consideration. My car was fixed car properly and quickly. This was sincerely appreciated. The staff was also easy and accessible to work with also. This was a very positive experience for me.

Best Customer Service Staff and quality of work is perfect. Within the last two years they repaired my car's front and rear end (repainted bumpers, new headlight, and exhaust). All the work was done through car insurance and it was seamless from my point of view, including arranging for a rental car. They front office staff also go above and beyond to properly assess your vehicle for insurance purposes (things I missed myself) and they even went the extra mile in customer service standards when there was a delay in the repair process to ensure they provided a positive customer experience. Even if this centre is not one of my insurance's approved repair centres, I still choose to take my car there because of the great services and workmanship.

The professional staff at Otto's Collision Centre has been my go-to shop for two major repairs in less than a year. In both situations, I was greeted by Angie who drafted a professional and incredibly thorough estimate for insurance purposes. She is simply amazing and called several times to keep me up to date in terms of the progress of my BMW as it went through each step of the repair process. To the talented repair professionals--you rock! Both times, my hood, rocker panels and grill looked as though they had just rolled onto the lot for the first time. Simply magic! While I hope that my vehicle doesn't sustain damage any time soon, I will, without a doubt, return to Otto's Collision Centre. Thanks a million everyone!

Over two months ago we had an accident with our brand new 2021. They had trouble receiving the parts since the car was so new and we are in a pandemic. With that being said, they did an amazing job!! They kept me posted about the details more than the insurance company an the work is amazing!! I will recommend them to everyone!

Phenomenal experience!! I had gotten some body work done on my BMW back in September which included fixing damage on the rear quarter panel and in doing so they had to re-paint my back bumper. In the morning i was told there was a colour match issue that was fixed promptly so i was able to pick up the car later that afternoon. A few days ago i had an incident and the bumper was scratched, revealing the colour match underneath. Later that day i took my car in, upset, and they took my car in with open arms and honoured the quality of their work, re-painting the entire bumper for no cost in the midst of a pandemic. They are honest, their work is phenomenal, and they even buffed my car to make it look like new. I am astounded at the outstanding service i have received.

My experience at Otto's collision center was awesome! I needed to get some work done on my BMW. Got a large dent on my new cars A-pillar from a rogue rock. It was covered by the BMW appearance package. Angie helped me set up an appointment and although they were quite busy so I got a date in 6 weeks. The work was extremely professional and done right. They delivered the car to me on time and better yet the whole inside of the car was detailed too! Great work!

This is the second review I have ever written since I have a very busy schedule and don't have extra time on my hands but my experience was so bad that I have to share why I am so disappointed in the service I received at Otto's Collision. I brought my station wagon to have the rear glass replaced after it was shattered. Upon receiving my car back from the service I naturally tested all functions to which I found two things were wrong with such a simple repair. The rear wiper was not adjusted properly so that the end of the wipe left the wiper on the paint instead of on the glass and more importantly the rear washer sprayer was spraying washer fluid on the INSIDE of my car. I immediately notified the staff and they quickly fixed the two issues and gave me a "Silver detailing package worth $200"...I'll get back to that later. Upon arriving at home later that day I noticed one of my corner blinkers had been smashed out and my front license plate was bent. I called Otto's collision to explain what happened and they said that it was likely one of their subcontractors that drove the car to their shop to retint the new rear glass. The owner/manager? went on to say that the subcontractor would not admit fault and offered to install a new one if I purchased one and brought it to him (I took care of the repair myself). A week or so later after some heavy rainfall I noticed my rear glass was leaking water so I went back to Otto's Collision, they explained that there was a seal that wasn't seated correctly or something and fixed the problem in a few minutes. So after a $1200 repair I had three things wrong with the repair itself and had to spend an additional $70 to source a new front blinker light housing. Fast forward a couple of months when I decided to bring my wifes car in to receive my "$200" detailing. My wife drove the car straight home after the detailing and I had a look at it as soon as I arrived at home. I don't know if they purposely skimped out on the detailing because they knew it was a giveaway or if they have no idea what they're doing over there but they did an awful job cleaning. On the exterior I found very obvious spots of dirt, attached is a photo to show where I rubbed dirt off the paint, how could they have possibly waxed the car??? I have also attached photos of the interior of the car to showcase their lack of attention to any detail... salt stains on the seat, crumbs in the backseat from the kids, theres still dirt on the rubber floor mats! How hard is it to clean a rubber floor mat properly? I would never spend $200 on a cleaning package for a car but if I did I would expect it to be near perfect and their detailing was far from acceptable.

The staff here are absolutely amazing!! From the first greeting on the phone I felt like I was speaking to a friend or family member. Absolute compassion , empathy and professionalism is displayed here all you google readers☝? I can not stress enough the rarity of folks here, comforting me and keeping me in the loop the whole way through , Im so happy I got into a "not at fault" collision only for the fact of meeting you new friends of mine.
