Surprisingly fast and efficient pick up. Thought I would be in a big line considering the time I arrived. Gentleman at the register was friendly enough. The low rating is because I had to go and pick up my own package. That’s ridiculous. One delivery attempt in the middle of the day with no ability to provide signature like other delivery companies. It was literally scratched out on the delivery notification. Time for a system change!

Less than impressed with the delivery. Packages were left leaning on the side of the house with NO Attempt to advise us that the packages had arrived. Good thing we were home and the weather was clear.

Canpar delivery has great service ? The delivery driver was Phil, he was kind, helpful and delivered awesome customer service. I would like the company to recognize the excellent experience I received from Phil. Thank you for your time and efforts, so very much appreciated. ❀ ????

They keep delivering to the wrong address, they drop the parcels and run away. You can call them and listen to all your options and then after you pick service representative the phone system disconnects you. I will be talking to my suppliers who use this delivery disservice and will not order from them if they continue to send my purchases with them.

I generally don’t leave reviews but how Canpar conducts business is so terrible that it is warranted. I have had multiple items end up being shipped through canpar and items never end up arriving EVER. Customer service has no accountability and will never call you back or update you on your concerns with lost packages etc. STAY AWAY these people should not be in the courier business they have costed me $1000’s with losing packages and late deliveries etc.

How are they still in business? They don't pick up their phones or respond to your emails or live chat. They don't notify you about package pickups and if you do manage to schedule a pickup they never show up. This is my 5th time in 3 weeks trying to get them to pick up a parcel and they don't show up everytime. The pickup address is only 6 minutes away from their headquarters! I'm contemplating driving my parcel there myself at this point. If you don't want to pick up or deliver packages then get out of the logistics business. Their customer service agent Ellen hung up on me when I asked her to make a note on my pickup request to ask the driver to ring the doorbell. I wish I could give it zero stars. To this day I am STILL trying to get them to pick up my parcel.

I’d give them no stars if I could. One delivery last week, driver was at my door while I was in the bathroom. He called. I asked him to just leave it since signature was not required and he left a slip instead. Then this week basically claimed there was no buzzer number (there was) and didn’t even attempt delivery. Speaking to customer service is basically getting spoon fed excuses and lies. Literally will never order from any company that uses them from now on. Total waste of time, energy and sanity.

I ordered winter tires and I was tracking the delivery. There was an issue with locating my house and I was notified that my items were at the depot, so I went directly there. The driver hadn't finished his day, so the tires were still in his truck, but the manager was very nice - he contacted the driver and told him how to find my house. The driver came back all the way from Carp (I was in Ottawa, East side) and I still got my tires on the day they were scheduled to arrive. Yes, there was a glitch with the delivery, but I'm giving five stars because the staff showed that they cared and they made things right.
