Have dealt with them on 2 occasions. Needed shipping from Europe to Canada of a baby crib and it was handled smoothly with no issues. I was thinking it was going to be complicated but they handled everything and it went really well.They also handled the customs clearance. Took a load off my mind.. Thanks to the their team of David and Jay for all their help on this. With a recent purchase of a gas range and dishwasher I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them to schedule delivery. Purchased from a retailer that uses them for their home delivery. There was a small mixup on the delivery times but it was corrected quickly by their team member Amit, who was very helpful. Their delivery crew kept me updated via email and text how far out they are. Was even able to message driver through a tracking link they provided. Amazing customer service. Delivery went smooth and on time. Delivery crew was professional and practiced covid protocols. Didn't have to sign anything. It was all done on the driver's phone. They even sent me a link to review the service provided. Highly recommend.

I am so far disappointed in the service provided. On Friday, we were expecting a delivery of chairs (ordered from Rove Concepts). We were called to book a time, and ensured we were home for this time. Near the end of the timeslot, we got a call saying there was a mix-up and we would be called to reschedule the next day. The next day, we got a call informing us our delivery would be between 3:30-7. We indicated we had a prior commitment and would not be home until at least 4, but they said the timeslot was inflexible, but they would try to show up after 4. We rushed home to be there for the delivery that afternoon. It did not come, and we did not get a phone call. The next day, no call, no delivery. We call back the number that had called us - apparently not someone who knew anything about our shipment. They said we'd receive a call from the main office. Monday morning passes with no call. We had not been given a number to call and we hadn't been told which delivery company it was in previous calls, so we found the company in our Rove tracking and called the number on Google - no answer first time through. I called again and talked to a customer service representative who wasn't particularly friendly, but she transferred me to a representative who was. This rep was deeply confused at our situation and I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then she said she'd call me right back when she finds our shipment (worrisome! Gives the impression that it's lost). Over 1 hour later she calls me back saying that my shipment is in their warehouse (and therefore, not being delivered that day) and the person responsible for scheduling deliveries is off Mondays, but I'll get a call and will certainly receive my shipment the following day. Tuesday morning passes - we do not receive a call. I call in the afternoon and to their credit, they are deeply apologetic and again, very confused as to how I had not received the chairs yet. He schedules me for delivery tomorrow. The second star is for benefit of the doubt - it sounds like my experience is the exception and not the rule. The delivery itself may still go well. Will update the review if anything changes, for better or worse.

Thanks for delivering new fridge to my mom’s today and taking away the old one. She was very worried how it would all go but she was reassured by the capable work of the delivery service people. Excellent job. Thanks again.

The best delivery experience I have had to date. Very professional service. They kept me informed at each step of delivery, the delivery was on time and the delivery guys very respectful and professional. I can only say thank you so much for such a professional and great service.

I received excellent communication leading up to the delivery. First an email the day before, and then a phone call 30 minutes before. I received excellent communication from the two strong young men when they arrived. They were friendly and accomodating. Thank you.

Amazing staff while booking our delivery, The crew were super friendly and helpful, Followed the current rules and regulations with the pandemic. We offered them a tip so they could buy lunch, but they insisted it wasn't needed as this is what they are paid to do. Will recommend them to all my friends and family
