β β β β β I received a treadmill from Best Buy the other day. Best Buy was dishonest in what services they would offer me with the delivery and installation of the treadmill. A customer service rep had told me they would have their guys assist with moving the treadmill from the mail floor to the room of choice in the house, only to find out later that that was not the case, and that they wouldn't install it if it was not already in the room. So, I was stranded and therefore had to quickly find movers to help move the treadmill from the main floor to the basement. I ended up finding Men In Trucks online. I called them and they were very responsive. They were able to help me asap and were very professional. They were super nice guys as well and I was impressed with their responsiveness and their level of professionalism. The only thing I would say is that the service was a little pricey for what I needed (i.e. moving one item from the main floor to the basement). They offer 80 bucks for 2 guys to move an item but they charge a minimum of 2 hours. So it came up to 180 with the tax. It would be great if they had a 1 hour service option as well for these single item moves. But I understand that they have to price their services according to what is best for the company. Nevertheless, I gladly paid the money as I really needed the help. I would absolutely recommend their service to friends and family, as a matter of fact, I gave them a shout out on my Instagram stories already. So my friends and followers already know they are great! I will definitely be calling them again if I need any other items moved in my home.

β β β β β Phoned Men In Trucks early morning to request a move later that same day. Sam and Kousailla showed up to our place and in less than 3 hours, all of our belongings were at their new location. Both of these guys were smiling and always polite, they were quick and careful and everything went smoothly even if I had not been able to get the service elevator. Really happy with the services we received.

β β β β β Highly recommend this company. Moved quickly and weβre a great help. The sales person gave me an accurate quote and answered many questions.. At first I contacted all the big-name moving companies and that was a complete waste of time. These guys are the real deal.

β β β β β I had a wonderful experience with Men In Trucks Moving! They were swift. I've moved a number of times and this was by far the easiest, most stress free moving experience. The Men In Trucks team goes out of their way to meet all of your needs and are very accommodating. I would recommend their services for any and all moving/storage needs. Absolutely.

β β β β β Booked our move a month ahead for ample vehicle reservation and to make sure the company had enough time to prepare to come at the time I requested. They were 2 hours late on our requested move time, called the day of the move to inform me that the truck I requested wasnβt available anymore and I would need a smaller one and that more trips due to it being smaller would cost more because βItβs my problemβ as I already had a discount for being military. Already stressed because itβs the day of our big move I demanded I get the truck I ordered a month ago because I used their logic of how many rooms would fit into it. They finally βresolvedβ the issue begrudgingly, the initial pick up was fast and smooth until I looked at the aftermath on our old apartment. Scratches and dings in the walls/ corners from furniture, laminate floor piece was ripped up from pushing furniture rather than lifting it. Once everything was packed and ready for the quick pit stop at my parents off they went. We drove to the new house and when they started unpacking the truck, they were very unorganized, they didnβt have caution with any of our furniture or boxes, they often rammed what they were carrying into walls or the doorways leaving marks on our new house! Boxes were crumpled and damaged, ignoring basic labels of what goes where so it all ended up in the living room. The quote they initially give you isnβt all itβs cracked up to be I was quoted around $700-$800 and it came out to almost a $1000.00. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for the performance. Overall was a terrible moving experience.
