They were also able to clean my eavestroughs and install over 350 ln ft. of guards. I would highly recommend Ottawa Eavestrough to any family and friends!

They were always available, came quickly and did an amazing job at a very fair price. I was so pleased with the work I have asked them to replace the siding on my outdoor shed. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Even though there was some challenges with material aquisition, and the workers are very busy I felt like I was valued as a customer. Tufon, my saleman is now my good friend. He told me the truth, was kind, and responded quickly everytime. Keeping your word is rare today. Not with this company I'm happy to say. I don't give away my recommendation easily but this one is well deserved. Thank Tufon, Lawson, Mohamed, and the rest of the crew!

Matt spent a generous amount listening to my concerns and figuring out my problem. He then clearly discussed all my possible options for repair or replacement and explained why I was having the issues. It was evident he truly cared about the issue I was having. In the end I chose not to repair or replace the eavestrough but if I do I will absolutely be using this company as they couldn't have been more honest and patient with me and my concerns. Thanks again Matt and Ottawa Eavestroughing.
L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimator did not show up for the scheduled appointment and did not call to cancel. I missed work waiting at home. I haven't heard from him since. When I called the company to know why he didn't show, I was told they were busy with post-storm related quotes (my appointment was a few days after the storm). A call to cancel would have been appreciated. I had two window companies and a landscaper come quote work for me that week without issues. If this is the professional service they offer, I will bring my money somewhere else.

Following the big storm last week, like many my home sustained a great deal of damage. I’ve had to get quotes for multiple issues. I reached out to this company for a quote based on their Google reviews. They were prompt to reply and requested details and photos. I provided these. Then they said based on the photos they couldn’t tell if the fascia was damaged and in order to have that looked at and prepare a quote it would be $250 + HST. Not a single other company that has provided me a quote following the storm asked for a penny. They provided the quotes and then we went with what worked best be it price or timing. It seems as though Ottawa Eavestroughing is trying to capitalize off of people’s bad luck.
