N	Nicholas Koutros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great showroom and salespeople, but absolutely terrible once an invoice is taken. "Forgot" to order the tile, which delayed our project a month and ballooned our expenses. Didn't offer to expedite the shipping, offer a comparable alternative, or even provide an explanation. Won't return our phone calls and left us standing in the showroom for an hour whole they searched their system. Overall, just completely disorganized with noone able to take any action. Best to just view their showroom and make your purchase anywhere else.

I spoke with an employee about a discontinued tile that I saw in the showroom and was told that she could "guarantee that there is no stock for that item". After calling the Toronto warehouse myself, there is indeed stock for that item and we were able to get the tile we wanted. However, once I phoned the Ottawa store back to place that order, instead of getting a "that's great that you were able to find the tile you wanted" which is what I expected, the same employee answered, after I mentioned that I was surprised at being able to find the tile "Hopefully this is the last time you do business with us!" and then hung up on me. I decided to call the manager because in his position I would want to know that my employees were souring my relationship with potential clients and, after explaining myself, was surprised that there was no forthcoming apology from the management either. I was told "I'll speak with the employee and that's as far it's going to go.". Well, Olympia tile, you've gotten your wish, count me out as a future client and I hope my review sends away other potential clients that don't wish to be treated so rudely.

I would recommend Olympia Tile be your first choice if looking for reasonably priced and high quality tiles/ceramics. 5 stars all around!
S	Sabra H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the Don Reid store this evening and I was extremely disappointed by the service we received from the cashiers. There were two girl cashiers at the registers and both of them were very rude to us. We were simply asking for advice and their opinion, given they have experience, and whether we will receive a call once our order is ready for pick up but they responded in a very insulting way. We were shocked by the awful customer service especially during these unprecedented times.

J	Jim Hurd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Olympia Tile is a great place to buy ceramics however their product pickup area is terrible. Last time I went I had to wait 25 minutes (in the freezing cold) to pickup a bucket of tile adhesive. I was the only customer there in line! Warehouse staff avoid making eye contact and at one point two staff members came outside in front of me for a cigarette break. This is not a one off. I typically wait at least 15 minutes. I understand that this is a warehouse and there are COVID challenges but that is no excuse for not being customer focussed. Improve this aspect of the business and the rating goes to 5 stars
