★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with this furniture shop .I furnished my house with all their products and every single friend that visits me in my house were amaze of my furnitures .Cozy home furniture have a very unique stuffs that you can not find it in any stores in Ottawa.The owner is very nice ,helpful and very intertaining ..I love shopping at this shop....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im finding furniture stores dont really care anymore about sales practises any longer....i walk into this store and there is one sales lady did not even acknowledge my presence. As i walked through the store i started to realize that 70 percent of their store did not list pricing and some select items did. When i asked her about their pricing strategy she asked me which one ...i couldnt help but say all of them... i guess that wasnt the answer ahe was looking for and she became irratable...

I had a very good experience buying my bedroom sets from Cozy furniture.I received great service, helpful, informative, kind, and patient with us throughout my visit. Furniture all arrived before the delivery time with no issues whatsoever, and the delivery guys were great. Very happy with the quality for the prices that I got. Highly recommend to anyone.
