★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and booked a truck in the morning explaining the freight needed to be in Toronto the next day. Called back in the afternoon to find out where the truck was. Fastfrate called back at 4.15 pm to tell me they couldn't pick it up.

I use them around 5 times per month and it's always this girl in toronto that is so rude when I call for pick up! I think the customer service should change !! If I hear a better transport at the same price I will change for sure !
