Day&Ross Sydney Day&Ross Sydney Day&Ross Sydney they are incompetent. They held on to My Moms ashes for a week 31km away. I called them they said they wouldn't deliver the package they had it for a week And they told me they did not CARE !! Sydney Day&Ross/UPS (SYDNEY DAY&ROSS/UPS)

Customer service 1/10, delivery service 1/10. If your item is getting delivered by this company have fun trying to track it, receive it or get ahold of anyone to see where it’s at.

I’ve ordered a package from them on the 10th we are now the 26 and it’s a 4 hour trip. 16 days and I still haven’t received my package. I called many times and they say there gona be there at a certain time and they don’t show up. I even went in person to pick it up at the warehouse because it’s been there not moving for over a week and they said it was out for delivery and here I am missing work to go home and meet the driver waiting for a package that never shows up. Worst delivery service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend them and I don’t know why Costco ships thru them what a shame. Hopefully I Will receive my package soon

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered flooring online from Home Depot. It was never delivered to the store by D&R. Many phone calls to both HD and D&R resulted in promises of call-backs and emails re: status of order....never received any responses. Very surprised at Home Depot for dealing w/ these people. A very ineffective resolution process.

Do not order from Home Depot - they use this carrier and are of no help when Day Ross don't deliver. Flooring has sat on the dock in Ottawa for 9 days - Day Ross won't allow me to pick it up, Home Depot won't give me authorization to pick it up. Having to cancel order and buy elsewhere.

It's been over 2 weeks when I first time told my shipment in Ottawa. and I still cannot get it. Customer service polite but useless. I probably get faster shipment from China then from Ottawa to Ottawa. I will not buy at any supplier anymore if Day & Ross is shipping company.

I do not take one star reviews lightly. If you look at my reviews most of them will be 5 star, I prefer to reward people and companies with good reviews when they deserve them, even if there are imperfections. At this point I had no other option but to give this company the review it truly deserve. It took me over a month of patience and polite requests for service. Here is the breakdown: Ordered glass shower doors on 28th of December 2021. Was supposed to get those in 4-5 days. After two weeks and multiple times Day & Ross called and told me to stay home as they will deliver I finally got 2 of 3 boxes in absolutely destroyed state. 3rd box was missing. Few more phone calls to both Rona and Day and Ross and next day they brought 3rd box. 2nd Order for replacement of the doors, 2 weeks later we found that the replacement doors were smashed in Day & Ross warehouse in Montreal. Day & Ross new about this for over a week and did not inform neither myself nor Rona. While all of this is going on we are trying to call and find when we can have the doors delivered and some of their staff on the phone is outright rude. 3rd order placed by Lowe's Rona, Reno Depot executive customer service rep, whom we had to get involved at this point. Tracking shows that doors are in Ottawa, Ray & Ross pushes delivery that was schedule for tomorrow to another one week away, There is nobody to talk to, there is nobody to reach on the phone. I think the problem is that this company gets paid by big box store no matter how horrible their service is. With that there is no market influence on them. I also think the management of this company is so highly disconnected from customers that they don't even see that their profile is filled with negative reviews. Meanwhile Lowe's/Rona/RenoDepot executive are doing nothing to protect their customers from this disservice. It's very shameful to be in business and to not provide customers with at least an effort.
