We've been using Ottawa Logistics to fulfill our Canadian orders and American orders for now over 2 years, and words can't describe how great they've been. I'm so pleased with our move to outsource our shipping & logistics to them. They're doing a much better job than when we were shipping in-house. We have hundreds of different SKUs, so we were afraid there'd be mistakes in fulfilling orders, or that it would take a long time to ship the orders out. However, they've been fulfilling every single order correctly with no mistakes, and all orders are leaving the warehouse every day. And it's been like 2years+ straight! I'm really impressed by how robust their system is, and especially by how quick they are on a consistent basis. We're sending inventory to them every week, and it's being added in their system so quickly. The employees from the receiving team to the customer service team are incredible people. They notice things like mistakes in our barcodes or in our packing list, and make the necessary corrections. Everybody working there is really attentive, and excellent listeners. All employees I spoke with are genuinely great people, very helpful & professional. They are really easy to communicate with, and always get back to you quickly. Communication is really their greatest asset, and their synergy as a team is inspiring. What I particularly enjoyed in using Ottawa Logistics services is that we're now paying a very low shipping fee, because we benefit from their huge volume discount with carriers. The shipping fee we're paying is so low compared to the contract we had directly with Canada Post, that we ended up offering free shipping for all our customers, whether in Canada or the US, and as a result our sales increased. Shipping to the USA from Canada used to be a nightmare for us because we were paying something like $25 the shipment and it would take so long to be delivered. Now with Ottawa Logistics, it's so easy to sell in the USA. We're paying 75% less for our US shipments, because they use their network of connections in the USA so our shipments are being handled directly by USPS. So now our American customers are getting their orders as quickly as if we were shipping from the US! And it looks more professional when your American customers get their orders by USPS instead of Canada Post. The shipping rates are so great, that everything ends up paying for itself. I don't have to worry anymore about Canada Post going on strike, because they can can ship with any carrier: Canpar, Fedex, Purolator, UPS, GoFor, etc. And you're getting the same excellent shipping rates with all of them. Before finding Ottawa Logistics, I noticed how many fulfillment companies had bad reviews online. Shipbob, Shipwire, and all these companies have just so many bad reviews that I sincerely thought I'd never outsource our company's shipping operations to anybody. So I'm so thankful to have found Ottawa Logistics, it's the best business decision I've made.

Orders are shipped the same day, and everything is packed carefully and accurately. Whether we're shipping to Canada or the US, the shipping rates are incredibly low compared to what we used to pay in-house. Their dashboard is intuitive and insightful, and you can generated inventory reports really easily. When searching online for a company to handle our logistics, it seems this industry has a lack of pricing transparency , accompanied by slow and poor customer services, with limited data/analytics. Ottawa Logistics really solves all of this. Everything is communicated clearly, there's never any negative surprises with them. It's honest people who are very supportive of your company. We're saving so much time now delegating the fulfillment of our online orders to them, that we can finally invest our time elsewhere in our business.

Ottawa Logistics is a positive experience. On boarding is a quick process and customer needs are listened to. They have a 3PL site that allows you to check customer orders and inventory reports for your company. This allows you to have updated knowledge on your inventory. Ottawa Logistics also has a large network that allows you to find the right service for your company, even if it requires them to refer you to another company. They want the best for your company. I highly recommend using them!
