★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front door took me a bit to find but the people that work there are top notch! It started on Monday morning when I called and this kind lady answered the phone. I was a bit stressed because I could only pick up my package Saturday. She was so kind and put a note on the box for me and instantly put me at ease. I went in on Saturday after 4pm and this nice young man assisted me. My package was a stroller and car seat so it was huge and heavy, he helped me with a dolly without me asking and even helped me squeeze it into the car. This place has good people and that is what matters! I am happy my package went there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The specidic location isn't too obvious. The entrance I found was on the far left of the plaza(on foot). Staff was smiling and friendly. Place was really humble and organized the best way they could. Service was really fast, I spent more time looking for the entrance than being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desk staff are excellent - and that's the only good thing I can say.
Pickup notices list the wrong hours of operation, they said it is because hours were recently changed - which is another way of saying that they dont care about customers time and money spent driving to their location to find them closed. Also another way of saying that they are so disorganized that they can't get new tags printed.
Very difficult location to find made worse by no building signage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a package here on a Saturday afternoon. Very quick and friendly service with no wait. Location can be confusing - unit faces Clyde Ave. but plenty of parking available on the side of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After unsuccessful attempts to drop a package off between 3 seperate Staples stores (FedEx drop off), landed at Penguins Cyde to be met with friendly staff, efficient and quick to respond. It was a customer delight working with them. Would recommend Penguin for drop offs vs walking into your neighborhood STAPLES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a package that was frozen rock solid and needed priority overnight fedex delivery. I dropped by around 1pm to ask what was the latest I could drop off a package and still get overnight delivery. I was told 4pm and I was there in time. By the time the paperwork was completed it was 4;47 no packages had been picked up. in the 40 minutes I was standing there.
The package did not arrive at the customer , I should have read the shipping manifest as it was clearly going out the next day , and i would have taken it back to my walk in deep freeze. The agent knew when I wanted it delivered and said nothing.
I called penguin pickup and they said the fedex truck didn't pickup,
fedex says it was there at 4:30 who to believe?. Penguin pickup then said they had kept it in a freezer overnight -may be true -don't know why they would have a freezer.
It ships the next day tracking has it picked up in ottawa, sent to mirabel,
sent to mississagua , and it won't be delivered on the 26th either, as it wasn't at it's destination in time for overnight delivery.
Fedex is refunding the delivery charges, including the insurance charge which they won't honour on frozen product .
Par for the course , my fault for expecting others to be competent and know their business. Thoroughly check all documentation, as you cannot rely on the staff for accurate information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to pick up a package also a wonderful place to drop off deliveries for Purolator, Fedex, UPS and DHL. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Not a fancy location but it gets the job done with little to no hassle. This pick up spot is located in busy plaza where you can complete many shopping tasks. Very close to a Walmart, bank, burgers and burritos. Very easy to get an uber quickly from this location. The entrance is on the side of the building.
