★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service d'expédition!! j'étais censé recevoir mon paquet le 8 fév. et on est le 14 et j'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai perdu une journée complète à attendre mon colis qui devais arrivé et qui n'est jamais arrivé. Ils disent qu'ils soit disant passé le 14 fév à 18h47 mais je n'ai pas bouger depuis midi de chez moi
 Worse shipping service !! I was supposed to receive my package on Feb. 8th. and we are on the 14th and I have not received anything yet. I lost a full day waiting for my package that had arrived and never arrived. They say they say it's gone Feb. 14 at 6:47 pm but I have not moved since midday from home

J'ai acheter du merch en ligne des États-Unis, je paie le produit et les frais d'UPS. J'attend, puis, devant ma porte, on m'oblige a payer d'autre frais. Mon produit m'arrivais à environs 40$, mais avec tout les frais, je monte a 114.18 et en ajoutant les autres frais qu'on m'oblige a payer, ça me monte jusqu'à 41.53. Sans mentionner qu'il est arrivé en retard. Pire service que j'ai eu. Dernière fois que je fais affaire avec UPS. Par contre je vous suggère de faire affaire avec UPS pour une seule chose. Vous ruiner. Merci bonsoir.

I buy merch online from the United States, I pay the product and the UPS fees. I wait, then, outside my door, I am forced to pay other fees. Je suis le propriétaire d'une petite entreprise qui n'a pas un volume très élevé et malgré cela je me sens servi comme si j'étais un client géant. Je recommande à tout le monde qui veut se faire servir en tant qu'humain à la place de se sentir comme un numéro dans une machine comme chez certaines entreprises.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I regularly receive from Claudine and her team. I am the owner of a small business that does not have a very high volume and despite this I feel served as if I were a giant customer. I recommend to everyone who wants to be served as a human instead of feeling like a number in a machine like some companies do.
