b	b lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ******** I can't believe they fired my delivery driver because he forgot his mask at a customers door this is terrible especially during a pandamic, and financial hardtimes This company is horrible they treat their employees rough and unfair they start at 3pm and our deliveries are always late worse management ever and customer service.

ALSO they gave my personal phone number to another customer who was calling to put in a complaint. WORST COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID USING DHL!!!
R	Renee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don’t come on google to shell out bad reviews but people need to be aware of the horrible customer service I experienced with this company (not this particular location but the company itself) My package was sent from a clothing business in the states to me in Canada. DHL tracking reports that my package was delivered. I was home all day when it was supposedly delivered. No package in sight. I called DHL who told me they only delivered my package to customs and then it was handed off to a company called T Force for delivery to my home….. so you guessed it another time wasting phone call to T Force and they said it was delivered. I told them repeatedly my package was definitely not delivered. I was basically told there’s nothing they could do so they said I should call DHL again…..what a complete waste of time. Any US company that wishes to have clients in Canada better not use this delivery company or else you’ll start to loose business real fast.

D	Deep kamal328 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Worst services, from last 6 days, I am waiting for my parcel. Everyday they say to me that we will deliver it tomorrow, and no one comes on each tommorrow. They give wrong information to customers, yesterday they told me that my parcel is at 215 Slater street. I especially went their to pick up my parcel. But unfortunately after reaching there, they said , there is no parcel for me at this location. I do not want to give even a single star. But there is no option for zero star for them . ? ?

I am a private resident and have the right to peace and quiet in my home and not having ppl calling me up asking if I am DHL because that’s the number on their phone. DHL get your act together and check the number you’re giving out.

Nevertheless, he took note of the nearby address I happened to be at, did another delivery en route to my location, then delivered my parcel to me. Kudos to James for excepional service, above and beyond!! A very pleasant young man and a good ambassador for your company.
