Not the worst delivery service but pretty pathetic. I ordered clothes online and they marked my package as delivered when I never got it. To make matters worse as they are lying, I have a note stating that the delivery wasn't made as no contacted me, but online it says delivered so no one can help. Hope you guys go out of business for stealing my stuff.

Negative 100. Horrible. Driver refused to come up to my apartment. Told me to come down...two heavy packages for me to carry up...I can handle them but what if I was an 80 year old woman? Worse....he didn't wait for me...just left leaving parcels open for anyone to take at front door. Best part of his ignorance....both contained beer! He is supposed to ID me. Nope..nothing. Anyone including a minor could have hauled off with alcohol. Fire this person!!! Update..second delivery today... This time they came in and decided to leave my parcel down the hall in front of someone else door. Again... Do ID even though it says right on the box because it's beer. They also can't read labels apparently... Horrific awful.

0 stars (they force you to choose 1 at the lowest, but I would say 0 value here), worst courier company out there. Never use them. They attempted 2 deliveries on a weekday at 11 am, and don't deliver after 4 pm or on weekends. Because they couldn't deliver during the hours I was at home, I called their phone number, waited 14 minutes on hold and requested it be shipped to my work. They refused because 2 delivery attempts had already been made and the company I was working with would have been required to send ANOTHER package just to have them attempt shipment again. What an absolute joke of a company.

This company was used to ship items I ordered online and the only reason I even know they "attempted delivery" is because I went to their site and entered the tracking number provided to me. They claim to have attempted delivery 3 times already, yet I have not received a single email, phone call, text, or delivery slip. It is absolutely maddening that they haven't done a single thing to try to contact me.

I live in an apartment building and they didn’t even try to call me before leaving a notice in the lobby that I wasn’t home. Same thing happened on second delivery ‘attempt’. I had to travel 20 minutes to their pickup location in a random industrial park (only one in the city) and I don’t have a car. Once there, the man at the desk found my package fairly easily but honestly, it took me 45 minutes to pick up a package that should have just been left in the lobby if I wasn’t home.

I had someone come to deliver a package to my apartment two days in a row and both days they left a "notice of delivery attempt" slip without actually attempting to buzz me. Both times, the area on the slip for the signature release option was filled out by the delivery driver so I could not fill it out. At the bottom of the slip, it says "to arrange for pick-up or re-delivery of your shipments please call this number." The number is supposed to be their customer service line but there aren't any bloody options for customer service! Instead it says, "dial an extension" or "search our company directory by name." I got the operator and she seemed clueless as to what to do. She apparently emailed the depot - for what I don't know - and said she would call me back when she had heard from them. No call back. I called again today and again the operator seemed to have no clue what was going on. Again she said she would email the warehouse to get it re-delivered and that she would call me back when she heard anything. We'll see if she actually follows through with that. The whole time I was on hold there's this message that plays saying to "go online to track your package" and that's literally all you can do on their website. There's no option to schedule a pick-up/delivery; no option to release a signature; no pertinent information. My package is apparently only going to be held for 3 days until it's returned to its origin and I'm on day 2 now with no help from this company. This shipping company is absolute garbage and their customer service is horrendous. I seriously hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Knowing that my package was being delivered, I stayed home because there had to be someone to receive it. At 6:30PM the guy didn't ring the bell, didn't knock on the door. He just sticked a note saying " 1st attempt, no one home". All the lights were on. The next day someone comes back and now I see him outside, totally emptying his car to find my box. Guess what, it was in another car.. So a 3rd car came later and I finally got my order! Reading the other reviews, I consider myself very fortunate to have my package. It seems that sticking an attempt note is their working procedure.

This whole company is a waist, absolutely trashy company. If they don’t call, text or email addressees, what is the point of delivery? They’ve left me without any Christmas gifts!!! It was a gift on almost a hundred dollars!!! As they have left it just as is, without even notification card, OF COURSE IT GOT ROBBED!!!!! It’s an apartment building !!! BTW, this is the photo, which girl from support has sent me, once I've complained the parcel wasn't delivered. I. E. They MAKE pictures of parcels, that they JUST LEAVE. ????????‍♀️??‍♀️?‍♂️??
