★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a package from home depot that was supposed to be delivered to me every day this week. They "guaranteed" it was coming. It's now the end of the week and they can't even find the package. Avoid this company at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company, customer service non-existent, never showed up for delivery after calling me twice to confirm the time and date; the reason for not showing up: they lost my phone number. Two weeks later turns out they lost my package too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had a message from this company to arrange delivery of a package. The message wasn't for me. I called to tell them they had the wrong person. The person on the phone said a street name and I said I didn't live there. She said "they called the wrong number. No big deal" (except for the person who isn't getting the message that her package is ready). Had another message from them today. Apparently deleting my phone number from their database is beyond their abilities.
