Always excellent Service; very courteous, explains all the work that needs done and does the work in a timely and professional manner. My first advisor, John Good, was excellent and on his retirement, My new advisor Christine is also very good. Most importantly the work is done on time and professionally (though a bit on the expensive side these days,lol). Never had to complain about a work order and the quality of work. The shuttle service is definitely one of the best parts as the drivers are very courteous, prompt and go out of their way to ensure a smooth drive home and return pickup.

I was promptly offered an appointment the following morning by a friendly, professional person. When I arrived at the dealership, the Service Advisor was also friendly, professional and courteous. The oil was changed, the tires were rotated and my car even got a complimentary exterior car wash. Very satisfied!

Our sales guy Hadi was a rockstar, and he; as well as Patrick and Dany made the whole process very pleasant. Hadi was very helpful, accomodating and not pushy through the whole process, and I came away with both a deal I was happy with, and a good feeling about the whole experience. Before we left the manager came back and said bye to us. We ended up coming back to make a purchase. We dealt with Orion. Highly recommend! I had my toddler with me and he was very patient with us. Incredibly helpful and wasn’t pushy like all the other places we went to. The process was very smooth and we ended up getting our car within days despite all the shortages going on.

First we traded in 2 of our previous cars and with Patrick's help, Nissan posted them on their online car auction and got us prices that went above our expectations. With this success we then realized we were in the position to finance a new Nissan 2021 Rogue that was in stock and in the colour we wanted! Massoud was very helpful and courteous to walk through all of the car's many features before our test drive. We can't believe not only how suitable this is for our family of 4, but also how safe and spacious this SUV will be for our winter ski and snowboard adventures ahead.
