I brought my car after being hit by a hit-and-run while my car was parked on the street and having my front bumper scratched. Shane and his team took the time to explain me each steps of their work and to answer each of my questions. Their work was well done and quite fast. I highly recommend CSN Highland to everybody who needs some works to be done on their car. No need to go elsewhere.

My car has an odd paint color and although it took them a few tries to get it right they got it very right. It looks fantastic and the time it took was well worth the wait. They wouldn't give the car back until they made it right. A lot of other repair shops might hope you might miss a detail here or there. Shane and crew did a great job.

If you need to get your auto body fix professionally done, my recommendation is to drop by the shop and get a quote.You will get a quote in a document with a breakdown of the work that needs to get done as well as materials and labor!

CSN Highland was the 4th shop I saw, they were friendly and the office was clean and organized. They offered to look at the other estimates I got and was able to explain the cost break down. They were accommodating to the fact that I was paying out of pocket. I was able to bring my car in the next week and it only took 3 days to repair. Super fast service and a good quality repair. Thank you!

We were starting to get disappointed in either the quotes for the repairs or when we could get our car into the repair rotation. That was not the experience with Highland Autobody. Drove over a quote with Shane and he was very professional and understanding about our repair needs. They were able to have our car in a timely manner and with a very reasonable quote. I highly recommend this business for all your autobody needs. They went above and beyond. I had mentioned that they we were looking to have the vehicle detailed. They were also able to accommodate this request, as they were associated with a car detail company.

I could tell from the minute I walked in the door that Brendan and Shane were the type of guys who are passionate about what they do and truly care about the quality of work they put out. The front end looks brand new - would go back there in a heartbeat in the future.
