Ottawa Refacing

We are very happy with the refacing and cabinet changes made in our kitchen. They made excellent suggestions for cabinet changes and for colours and were quick on fixing anything not quite right to our satisfaction. The changes have made a huge improvement to the use of our space and it looks much better too. The installers were very friendly and respectful and followed all COVID protocols. We enjoyed having them there.

Let me start by saying my new kitchen far exceeds my expectations. Angel came by my house to discuss options and he then provided me a quote for the work. I was hesitant at first, since the price was great, and you normally get what you pay for. I was not completely impressed with the showroom isntallation either. In the end though, I just couldn't justify paying double elsewhere for what is still a melamine kitchen, so I decided to go with Ottawa Refacing despite my reservations. My opinion started to change when the cabinets first arrived. Unlike IKEA cabinets for example, these have a solid surface on top, so I immediately was able to stop worrying about the one week delay to getting a kitchen counter, since there was a surface to work on once the base cabinets were in place. I had Erik as my installer, and he did an absolutely amazing job! His attention to detail was fantastic, and he added extra finishing touches that you will not see in the showroom display model (eg. covering the screws where the cabinet backs are screwed to the wall, so you don't see the screw heads like you do in the showroom). Everything was nicely caulked, and extra trim was added as well where needed. They also wanted to make absolutely sure I was completely satisfied, so Erik came back a week later to swap out a cupboard side and do some other quality control. They wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before they would take my final payment. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the cost of the glass I have in my uppers, since ended up being double what I was told it would be, but the glass is installed more nicely than you would find in much more expensive cabinets from Home Depot, so I got over that quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and highly recommend Erik as an installer. Will use them again to do another property as well, and probably for my bathroom now that I have seen the quality of the cabinets.

We renovated our kitchen about six months ago and Ottawa Refacing handled the build of the custom cabinets and install. Paula was very responsive and easy to deal with, and patiently answered all our questions and incorporated our design tweaks. There was a delay with our renovation caused by another contractor and Ottawa Refacing worked with us to reschedule their work to a time that worked with our delayed timeline which was SO appreciated. Both Erik (the installer) and Paula were very responsive post installation to fix a few issues and ensure we were 100% satisfied. Would absolutely recommend them.

Jeff and his team did a terrific job with our kitchen remodel. We are very pleased with every aspect of their work from the quotation stage right up to the final finishing. They met and exceeded all of our expectations and we would highly recommend them. In fact, we were so pleased ,that they are already in the process of doing cabinets for our master bathroom. This was our second time working with Ottawa Refacing and we were very pleased once again! We added a pantry to our kitchen and they matched it exactly to our existing cupboards. You wouldn't know it was added after the fact! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!

before I discovered Ottawa refacing I had contacted another company, who then fell off the face of the earth (after booking a time to come quote and everything..they just...disappeared- it was really weird). I almost lost hope, but THANKFULLY discovered Ottawa Refacing. great communication, lovely to deal with, just an all-around perfect experience. they don't do the plumbing or the counter, but they have excellent people they work with, both of whom I recommend without hesitation. Everyone communicated with each other and us brilliantly to get the job done. I had my master bathroom cabinets refaced , along with the medicine cabinet, and it looks smashing! counters come tomorrow and the plumber the next day...everyone lined up beautifully. I really love good service!

The little kitchen that could....go from drab to FAB! A big thank you to Angelo and his team at Ottawa Refacing for a job very well done. If only I had done it sooner. My small kitchen is now so inviting and lovely and the renovation took only a few days. My children were delighted when they visited at Christmas.
