★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what sort of inept people you have working for you but I am thoroughly annoyed with your service. I spent $115 to ship a 40lb package from store to store for ease and simplicity, it was pricey but I though I was paying for quality service. I called this location to see if the package had arrived as it was due 5 days ago, she had no clue even after providing tracking # and phone #. She told me to call customer service, I entered the tracking number online instead if calling and what do you know, it said it was at the location I had just called. I will not be using your service in the future and will share my experience with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Ups store I have ever benn to. There is only one woman working. But everything is fast and professinal. I even called by phone 2 times and I was provided all the answers. It is so rare to meet a good service nowadays. I almost forgot how it suppose to be. 5 stars for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to inquire about 10 massive shipments to Europe, when I ask the guy if he could wait for me to get the dimensions, he told me “call me back when you know the dimensions, I’m busy now.”
I really think UPS should filter who they employ, customer service rules all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Large package arrives for my husband on Christmas Eve (yesterday). He has to pay duties. Then after he pays, the delivery person says he is sick and that my husband should probably was his hands. WHAT?!?! You're delivering packages sick during a crazy pandemic??? Luckily both were wearing masks but we were supposed to visit Grandma for Christmas with our young kids but now we have to wait for a rapid COVID test and make sure we're all safe. Just frustrating because I kept my kids from going to daycare for a week, husband cancelled plans with friends, we quarantine at home so we're safe but then might be infected by a delivery person.
