★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a loan on Tuesday. I never received an email confirmation and was not able to log into the account online. I understood that the application could take up to 2 hours and expected funds within 24hours and got absolutely nothing. Called to see what was going on and they said I could do a lower limit which was fine. Said they would call back and never did. Even 8 hours later. You guys need to care about your customers more. Supposed to be a place of helping those who need it.
