Wanting it to be perfect, I ended up submitting the poster for print uncomfortably close to the date that i planned to travel. I called the store and the Assistant Manager Marty answered the phone. I explained the situation and that I was a little stressed about submitting it too late. With a calm and professional tone, Marty did everything that he could to make my request top priority and I ended up getting it only a few hours later! I am very grateful to have access to a business that takes their work seriously and along with caring staff like Marty who go above and beyond to ensure that our hard work is met with a top quality product.
