Not too sure what his name was but he walked me through the process and was very pleasant to speak with. My business cards have arrived and I cannot express in words how pleased I am with them. From online order to my door in a week. Just placed a second order to have my vertical ones done for my Macramé pieces. What a fantastic experience. :)
