The main bathroom was redone.. the basement was done over. and the complete house was re painted. This company was the best renovation experience we have ever had. I am more than happy to endorse this firm as I have had nothing but good comments about the quality and also in our dealing with them they have been so easy to get along with. I have hired them recently once again this time they are now going to do my roof and some cement work. Great bunch of people John Hansson

The main item was renovation to our basement as well as install a full bathroom. From our experience we have only very good things to say. They listened to all of our needs and the end result was perfection. Michael, Dean, Dan and Michel all excellent people. We already have them scheduled to re do our roof this spring. But after having such a great experience with Capital Home Services I wanted as many people in our City to know how they can expect to be treated. I had my roof replaced, it was done a few years back by another outfit But now I had Capital redo it and it was done perfectly. Even an engineer friend told me these guys go up and beyond most roofers Then the Foundation issues, in several locations we had constant leaks. Big Mike as they call him came over and in less than one hour diagnosed the problem. And his option was clear and precise as well close to half of the others price. Capital Home Service the logo should read call no other company. these guys do everything and do it as experts they are. They also repainted the inside of our home and changed some doors. Gentleman came out and we had a good conversation on the work needing to be completed. Was told that he would be in touch with over the next couple of days with a quote. I've called several times but have not received a quote nor any call back. Can't comment on work but customer service is terrible (the lady that I spoke with on the phone was always pleasant however).

Once the reno began, I knew we signed with the right company. The contractors were very friendly, open to any input from myself and offered great advice whenever I had issues making a decision. The quality of the craftsmanship was much better than what my builder provided me and the owner Mike and project coordinator Dean were always a phone call away if I needed them. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.
