L	Lyn Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter went to get her braces tightened, after missing months due to Covid - same as everyone else - and the nurse/receptionist who took her temp was so rude and condescending. She had biked there in 40 degree heat and when the nurse took her temp (outside, in the heat) it read 100.4 and they don't accept patients over 100. She would not repeat the test despite being told that my daughter had just biked there in the extreme heat. Repeating the test would take less than 10 seconds. At home I took her temperature and it is 98.8 and close to it on repeated tests. The temp in itself is not the problem. It was the very rude attitude of the woman, saying 'how would you feel if you got the whole (empty) room of people sick' - to a 15 year old. She treated my daughter like a leper through looks, body language and words. We are not paying $8000+ to be treated like that!

As an adult patient, I appreciated their attention to every detail, and for all of the encouragement throughout my 2.5 years of wearing braces both pre and post surgery. They have made the overall process a very positive experience. I will miss seeing these wonderful people now that my braces have been removed!

From the first appointment to the last, they explain what is going on with your teeth and what to expect. You never leave an appointment with any questions. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!!

Given that orthodontic work can be a challenge for children, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was, for myself and for my daughter. Appointments were always on schedule, all the work being done was explained in advance and there were no hidden costs or surprises. The entire staff were warm and welcoming which added that personal touch and made for a positive atmosphere in the office. For these reasons I have no hesitation in recommending Dr.Allen to anyone looking for an amazing orthodontist.

Now after 2,5 yrs of non-invasive treatments, my daughter's braces were removed and she is proud over her winning smile and perfect bite. What a success!! Dr. Allen's skills allowed him to take on risks where others shied away- for this we will always be very grateful. Dr. Allen and his team are simply the best!!

He is very personable and great with the kids. We are very happy with the results. Appointments are ALWAYS on time and we are rarely there longer than 15min. We never feel rushed and Dr Allen is always accomodating with questions and updates. Melissa (Accounting) is great with getting the paperwork setup and the front desk staff are also very nice to work with. Unfortunately my first son had to have his braces put back on a year or so after they came off. This had nothing to do with Dr Allen or his staff. Dr Allen was both empathetic and extremely accomodating. I can't recommend him enough.
N	Nicole Castiglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Scott is amazing. I needed to get Invisalign’s and he walked me through everything. My issue is with Melissa. I was having trouble with one of the Invisalign’s to the point my gum was hurting. I quickly stopped by and the girl at the front desk greeted me. For some reason she went and got Melissa who proceeded to read me the riot act by telling me that because of the pandemic I just can’t stop by. I told her they felt uncomfortable and that I just needed to see someone quickly. She told me I had to wait 20 minutes. I told her I couldn’t as we own our own business and I couldn’t wait. I once again asked again if I could see someone. She got an assistant and the assistant looked after me. My own dentist would never lecture me that way. We own our own business and we never treat our customers this way
