Meal was cold, chicken burger was overcooked and customer service was very poor. We felt many times we were forgotten, thus resulting our views in this review. Hopefully the review will be helpful in making the next customer's experience a better one.

Our waitress came to see us once after we ordered to tell us that the food would be "coming out shortly". Thirty minutes later we were still waiting.... Several other tables also complained, some even walked out without their meals. We noticed that one table had received food for their entire table except one person who didn't get their food until their entire table finished eating. That group was also very unimpressed and voiced their disappointment. I understand if a restaurant has someone in the kitchen not show up or something else unforeseen happens, but you can't keep seating people if you can't keep up with the demand. In addition, staff should be doing anything they can to compensate for the long wait. Overall, a very poorly managed restaurant. It would take a lot or convincing for me to return.

I'm there every week Always satisfied Especially yesterday, when the restaurant was not that crowded, the chef made miracles. Loved every detail on my dish. One of my favorite restaurants in Ottawa.
W	Wayne Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and nice spacing between patrons. COVID protocols were followed. Drinks knowledge by the server was fantastic. My party of 4 found that all of our 4 dishes were "dry". They had lots of flavour but the actual dish did not have any sauce or moisture in it. The hamburgers were dry, the rice bowl lacked sufficient sauce as did the chicken curry roti.
M	Maggie MAL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and spacious place with beer on tap and other drinks. They have live music on Saturdays. A good band played there last night April 24. Most people weren't wearing a mask anymore. Pub food. Maybe because the band played 80's music the place was filled with an over 40s crowd who liked to dance, even though there isnt much place for it. Nice people.
