★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has delivered consistently through many visits over the past year and is ranked amongst my top places in Ottawa.
Whenever my friends (from the GTA) and I (recently moved to Ottawa) visit the Byward Market area, this restaurant has always been our go to for food whether for lunch or dinner. 0 bad experiences, and great food especially their Crispy chicken sandwich, Thai salmon, & Fish and Chips.
Cheers to many more experiences at this pub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Ottawa and decided to go for dinner here. We sat outside and was served quickly ! Drinks were served quick along with our food !
We ordered a chicken fried sandwich that came with fried and my boyfriend ordered fish and chips
Both were delicious !
Highly recommend this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy pub that's tastefully decorated. Waitress was very friendly and seemed to quickly pick up that this was a date. Sat us close to the bar and didn't bother us too much and gave us time to chat, also when I asked for the bill she quietly and subtly asked if I wanted to split the bill or cover it all, which I really appreciated.
I flew down from Alberta for the weekend, I'm very familiar with steaks and even though my date ordered a well done steak, it appeared very well prepared and looked tasty. The menu is small which I personally like, a good variety. Prices are reasonable.
Overall I had a great time and really enjoyed the ambiance and service. Would visit again when in Ottawa, and will recommend to traveling friends. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! Had the Tuna Tartare and the shrimp spaghetti with creole sauce. The sauce on the spaghetti was TO DIE FOR. I would totally order it again. The tuna tartare was perfect. Would come back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dined here during the most recent restrictions; outdoor dining in -20c; but it was … awesome … food was excellent, patio heaters were hot and the staff were friendly, quick, and great. Will be back, inside or outside don’t care, just check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our sever was great! (I can't remember her name but she had short curly hair.) The drinks were delicious and so were the fries, and it's all priced well. I recommend the espresso martini! I also loved how the inside of the bar looked. I can't wait to come back here!
