★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Samsung over 2 years ago (switched from Rogers) and the staff was incredibly informative about the phone and the plans. I was assisted by Sagal - absolutely amazing! Made the transition painless and were extremely patient with setup. Store is also very clean, well lit and lots of stock on hand. Have also brought my 78 year old mother in to get a new cell (helped by Temi) and he was beyond patient with her and took the time to show her how to use the phone!

Both the customer service representative Abdul, and the manager Loui provided the utmost professionalism. They answered all of our questions fully and with certainty. They made the experience enjoyable. We would like them to be recognized for their great work!

Top notch and willing to work hard to figure out the best solution to your issue or find the most suitable plan. Really appreciate the help I get from them.

Always a pleasure dealing with Loui the Store Manager. He never disappoints and goes above and beyond for the customer.
He even took the time to look for an old ring tone to install on a new phone for my elderly mother!
Now that's service!
