★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unfortunate that customer service does not exist in this store. Even when speaking to the store manager I was spoken to as if they could not even care I was in their store. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in my life. The merchandise is good quality as I do have two children, 6 young neices and nephews that I used to only buy from here due to my knowledge of the clothings quality. However after dealing with two younger employees who were rude, and appeared to not even care there were customers in the store, I asked to speaker to the manager to help me. It then became clear that this organizations lack of care for its customers comes straight from the top. I can not stress how disappointed I am with this location and it's "employees". Shame on them and shame on the people that hired them. Customers should never be treated so poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly shop at The Children's Place at Place D'Orleans Shopping Centre. Last Saturday while entering the store, I was greeted by one of their employees, Emma. Emma was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Thereby making my buying experience most enjoyable and successful. It is great to see customer service at its best. I will continue to shop there because of their great staff like Emma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best friendly service from any retail store I have ever been to. Especially from Hasma and Sharlene. Always smiling, polite and dedicated to her job. The staff is Always on top of things: cleanliness, organization, and keeps us updated on specials as well when we walk through the doors.
