★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to check it out. Nice set up. Employees are courteous and friendly. There is s nice smell as you come in between the outside door and the main door to the store. There was a friendly ferret in a cage beside the cash. Great conversation starter. Lots of variety in animals and product.

There are no words that can explain the way the staff makes you feel here.
It’s like being on a TV show with the crocodile hunter type of vibe.
They have a few selections of animals you can purchase, yet they make you feel as if you are in a Zoo full o fly Magic.
I came all the way down from Barrhaven, while checking out other fish stores along the way and can tell you that this is the place to be.
The friendliest staff I have ever met in any business.
Me being so customer friendly with my customers while at work made me realize how amazing that first experience truly is.
If you are reading reviews to see if this place is worth coming to I can guaranteed it will be one of the best places you have ever been.
The Lady with the orange hair and the gentleman that owns the parrot are absolutely amazing.

I phoned ahead of time, and they were also very courteous on the phone Anyone who says otherwise (note the one negative post here) I would reckon are probably dealing with there own personal issues...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has new owners and they seem to really care about their store, their animals and their clients. They are very helpful and they strive to make their clients happy. I have a shitsu and I plan on using their grooming services and buying his food there as well. I have a fish pond and the owner assured me that I would be able to find all my pond supplies at his store and if the items are not in stock, he would order what I need. What a great attitude to develop fidelity from clients and keep them coming back.
