The staff will melt your heart with kindness, go above and beyond with service and not only that, know my name and my girlfriends name. Last time he brought the dog food out for my girlfriend and said tell Alex Hi for me. Like who does that nowadays? This business is a rare gem and I’m so happy they are local. This guy can teach some business a thing or two about outstanding customer service. This Small business has it down and I’m totally happy continuing to give them my business.

The owner at Trim Pet Store has been great and has helped us get fully equipped. We've called him a number of times to ask for recommendations of harnesses, shampoo, toys, treats, etc. When we arrive at the store, he will have a few options picked out for us to look at (at a safe distance, from outside) and then we can select which items to purchase. He also always gives our puppy a treat and a cuddle. If you need anything for your pet, I highly recommend giving Trim Pet Store a call!

We adopted our first dog a year ago (mini golden doodle) and he recommended some specific food cuz our little Guizmo has sensitive stomach! Strongly recommend this place! ?

The owner is so nice and helpful and it's important to support local merchants who provide such a different kind of service than 'big box' stores.
