They accompanied us through the decision of relieving our dog of 13+ years of her pain and they were right there with us in a very respectable manner. The staff even took the time to send a genuine handwritten card in the following days. Great humane service. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week was my first appointment with my new puppy, Remmington. . The receptionist, Stephanie, the technicians, and Dr. Asoka were incredible!! They made Remi and I feel welcomed and calm. Very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience with Trim Animal Hospital. Our dog is a high stress case and they are very accommodating with him. Staff is always friendly and easy to reach. Very safe measures for COVID as well. Easy recommendation for our fur babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a negative experience with our billing and communications as it pertained to our dog's surgery to remove a small lump under her chin just by her lower lip. We initially had the lump drained of liquid to do a cancer screening, unfortunately the results were inconclusive. After a consultation with the veterinan we decided to have the lump removed to get a definitive pathology report. Even though the estimate was expensive we agreed to proceed. When we went to pick up our pooch, the vet advised us that there would be an additional fee to conduct the pathology on the small mass that was removed.
When we questioned the additional charge we were advised that it was a miscommunication and that many clients choose not to have the pathology completed. The whole goal of the procedure was to have the pathology completed and to our mind was implicit in the initial quote. We feel that this was a price gouge and are very disappointed.
As for the care our dog received, I have no issue. I believe the actual medical portion was handled professionally. The only negative again was miscommunication, our pooch was dropped off at 8:00am and her surgery did not happen until after 3:00pm. Our pooch does not like to be confined in a crate if we had known that surgery was going to be performed so late in the day we would not have brought her in so early. Also we we told that they would communicate with us after the surgery and that did not happen.
