K	Kaitlyn Groulx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been taking my pets to Dr. Rozon for over 10 years. In emergencies, I've also seen the other vets, who have been great also. The staff are very friendly and always able to fit us in when something comes up.
Y	Yves Fournier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few scheduling issues which ended up delaying my dog's surgery and she went into heat before her spay surgery. I was a little upset about this but when I re scheduled after her cycle, without asking, they charged me the same amount as it would have been the first time. When I first came in to drop her off, the bill was higher but at pickup, they had remembered me and my dog and reduced the price. I found that very nice of them to do that and felt good leaving there knowing that they had remembered me and my dog and not just treated us like a "number". I would recommend them for sure. I am not giving 5 stars only because of the scheduling mix up months ago, other then that, they are super nice and treat animals well.

We just suddenly had one of them deteriorate with cancer over the course of 3 weeks leading to us having to make the difficult decision to help her fall asleep for good so that she wasn't in pain anymore. (sorry for that part). What I do want to communicate on here is that the staff has always been fantastic, however in our toughest moments they went above and beyond in how they cared for our dog. When we were having a really tough time with this whole process, they were all empathetic and sympathetic to our situation. We couldn't of asked for better service. Definitely recommend.

(I have had several peets during the tune I've known him.) He has helped me through some very tough times, he really cares about people's pets. There are 2 female vets as well who I hear are excellent, but I've always been with Dr Rozon. All of the staff at Chapel Hill are fantastic as well. Amy, his assistant, has always gone above and beyond the call to help me out and make the tough visits and decisions easier. I highly recommend this clinic over any other one in our area and beyond. In the photos you can see pictures of my Pomeranian Cujo with both long and short fur. He is an Emotional Support Animal, and he is 11 1/2 years old.

Its food and not to mention the most expensive dog food on the market currently, not like I'm buying it because I want too, I have too so my dog doesn't you know die... It's ridiculous that you wouldn't sell me dog food, we just moved back to and were looking for new vets, guess we aren't choosing here. FYI my puppy was a patients there over 10 years ago prior to us moving.
