His fur was greasy which leads me to believe that he wasn't bathed, he was not cut evenly across his body, and some parts like his paws were not cut at all. Even his area under his tail was not groomed. Unfortunately I had to pay for another groomer to fix my dogs fur but needless to say I will not be coming back here.

P	Paul Hockenhull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. After getting referals i gave my two cavaliers over. One for a for complete trim, the other for a clean and brush out. Told her do not cut the paw fur, just trim around the pads. 4 hours later all paws were cut. The trim was not even, the other still had knots around the ears. Both pups. Are not happy They usaully come back from groomers happy and bounding both of them are stuck to me. Not to mention they do not have a fresh smell. Do not go here!!!

Although we told her this at booking and at dropp off, I SPECIFICALLY called after they were dropped off to reiterate to NOT touch the top of his paw, to just trim in between the pads of his paw and she kept saying yes, yes, to not worry about it. But she completely destroyed them. She has no idea how to groom CKCS. She botched my other Cavalier's grooming, which was an easy standard shaving. The place also gave us a bad vibe, we should NEVER have left them there. Now they are home and seem completely traumatized (this never happened with other groomers before).

She is very accommodating and can always take them together in a timely manner. She is very thorough and my pooches both adore her!! Her prices are excellent and I have nothing but great things to say so definitely I highly recommend Hollywood Hounds!!

Not many dogs like going to the groomer's but mine and others I have seen do! She remembers the dogs names and she is always there with a smile when we come in. She also has very clean facilities and her prices are the most affordable I've seen! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The groomer didn't realize we had an appointment, when we arrived, and didn't bring our dog inside, but directed us to the narrow sidewalk of the parking-lot, to trim his nails. We had him on a halty, which he slipped out of, and into the parking lot with cars/traffic. As soon as he was loose she hurriedly said she wasn't going to do his nails as we had the wrong collar and ran inside the store. If the collar was an issue we would have been happy to rebook & return, had this been communicated, but we could not do anything as she left so abruptly. It was an altogether odd & uncomfortable experience, and I hope she's okay, she seemed off/preoccupied.
