P	Pierre P. Cherrier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have no complaints about the grooming service, though there seems to have been staff turnover of late. My poor opinion has to do with the greeter/manager (and I suspect full or part owner) who showed little to no curtesy towards a paying customer. To explain, when the time came for us to pay for the visit, there was a technical issue with their card reader at point of sale. We were not told of this when we received a call that our dog was ready though we later discovered through conversation this was a known issue. My cards (plural) were either denied or timed out. Many tries and there was a presumption she expressed that my cards (credit) were to blame and not the technology because her internet was up! Left with no other option than paying in cash, I explained I didn’t have cash in hand but had some at home. When I suggested we would rake our dog home and come back with the money, we were told unceremoniously and rather rudely that our dog would have to stay until we paid. “These are the rules” she simply said. We are not first time customers, and presuming we would NOT come back to pay is rather insulting. Luckily, there was a bank nearby and got the money (for a fee) to pay and go. I was incensed, and did my best to remain civil. Needless to say, this will be our final visit here. UPDATE- The owner and greeter both reached out to me to apologize and make amends. This was unexpected and truly appreciated.

The front desk staff is so welcoming and friendly and grooming is wonderful. My dog always looks and smells great and loves coming here. The shop is small and very homey yet they have a nice selection of products and my dog loves the bakery treats. He always feel spoiled here. I have been recommending this shop to all my family and friends and they have been just as happy. So glad to have a wonderful grooming shop in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended and suggest you try them out if you already haven't had a chance.

We had Laurie and she’s awesome with him & he was so excited to go a second time he dragged me across the parking lot and right to the door. She came to get him and he immediately went to the back without even noticing I was leaving! He’s always clean & tidy and the appointment was easy to book online. Laurie did a great job of trimming his tail how we wanted and made sure he’s ready for hotter weather. Would definitely recommend trying this place if you have a pup who needs grooming, teeth cleaning or even a nail trim.

My heart melted when I heard they volunteered an entire day to groom rescue dogs. We need more good hearted businesses like this. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Love supporting businesses that are not just about money but genuinely care about others and giving back to the community. We are very lucky to have them.
E	Elise Eid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely ever write reviews but I do whenever I absolutely love the service or hate it and for this place, I really had to come on here and let you know how great this place is. I don’t even know where to begin… I’m a dog sitter on Rover and this lady brought her two dogs to me and they were in really rough condition, extremely matted and were not clean at all. I called a million places but everywhere was fully booked and no one could squeeze me in. I called Bark Avenue and they explained to me that they were also fully booked until January but made an exception to take me in on such short notice. The groomer actually told me that she didn’t mind putting in extra hours to help me out because I was so desperate and she wanted to help. These people are absolutely incredible. They really went the extra mile for me. They were so professional, helpful, reliable and incredibly sweet people. I was in awe at how amazing they were. I was also so impressed by the service, the dogs came out looking like fresh new born pups, all cleaned up! The groomer did a fantastic job with them. The place is also very clean and well located. I cannot thank them enough and will be recommending all my friends and family!! Thank you guys so so much! 10/10!
M	Melissa H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this groomers as they had good reviews, the location was easy to access, they offered some neat incentive programs, and the price seemed fair. I booked an appointment, which I was called to shift my appointment times twice leading up to the day. It’s covid, people are off, scheduling is tough right now - it happens. Late into the evening the day before my appointment, I got a text from an unknown number, it was the groomer asking me to shift my appointment time once again. I paid for a package that would have my dog bathed, nails/teeth done, and a brush out. When I picked up my dog, most of these services were met, however, she was still full of dead hair and I will need to take her to another groomer soon to get an actual brush out. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, I don’t think that my dog was mistreated, but due to the quality of services and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning.

Last groomer rushed job and forgot to trim very long nails then lied saying they were done.. and left shampoo in causing my sweet doggies skin to itch and flake terribly for a couple weeks. However informed that staff member no longer works there. Rest of staff have been friendly and professional. My very timid girl doesn't seem traumatized when leaving so that's a bonus. Only before and after. When we adopted her she had some nasty knots and they had to give a puppy cut.
