★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été échangé une chemise pour ma mère parce qu’elle était trop grande en arrivent elle dit ou tu la acheter on dit ici il faut que les étiquette sois après OK et la elle se mes a sentir la chemise et dit elle sent la cigarette, moi bin elle ne fume pas et elle dit sa sent pas le magasin et c’est a ce moment que je lui dis coudon vous êtes donc bien effronté sa se fait pas sentir le linge au caisse devant les client j’ai la dit rembourse moi qu’on en finisse sa fait pitié c’est gent une vrai germaine elle devrais même pas travaillé avec le public je ne retournerais jamais a se magasin la, j'ai mis une étoile par ce que le 0 étoile existe pas
I was exchanged a shirt for my mother because it was too big when she arrived she said or you buy it we say here the labels must be after OK and she felt the shirt and said she smells the cigarette, me bin, she does not smoke and she says it does not smell of the store and that's when I tell her you are so cheeky it is not smelling the laundry at the cash desk in front of the customers I said it reimburse me that we are finished with it, it's a pity it's nice a real germaine she shouldn't even work with the public I would never go back to the store there, I put a star because the 0 star does not exist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouvoir mettre un zéro, je l'aurais fait. J'ai commandé en ligne début juin et j'ai voulu faire un retour. PIRE PIRE service après-vente. Enfaite, il n'y a aucun service après-vente. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels sans aucune réponse et pareil côté téléphone. Soit que je n'ai aucune réponse soit je n'ai aucun retour d'appel après avoir clairement laisser mon numéro de téléphone ainsi que mon nom sur leur boîte vocale. Je ne pouvais pas me présenter en succursale au départ à cause du covid et je ne veux pas causer un mal de tête aux employés en magasin qui n'auront pas plus de pouvoirs après plusieurs mois.
Première et dernière fois que j'achète dans vôtre magasin et mon entourage seront informé de vôtre mauvais service!!
To be able to put a zero, I would have done it. I ordered online in early June and wanted to make a return. WORST WORST after-sales service. In fact, there is no after-sales service. I sent several emails without any response and the same on the phone. Either I have no answer or I have no return call after clearly leaving my phone number and my name on their voicemail. I couldn't go to a branch initially due to covid and I don't want to cause a headache for store employees who won't have more power after several months.
First and last time that I buy in your store and those around me will be informed of your bad service !!
