★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 500 $ last week in Quebec City and returned to Ottawa only to find out that some of the clothing did not fit.
We returned to Simon's st the Promenade de la gallery de Gatineau only to find a snippy attitude from the young man that served us...they told me thT they don't have Ralph Lauren polos and go back to Quebec City...to return the items totally unacceptable ...you should screen your staff better than this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is so tidy and clean! The salespeople don't harass you or follow you around like you're about to stuff a sweater in your pocket. They're friendly, bilingual, and very helpful. I love the selection and quality available here. It's well organized and there's lots of room to move through the displays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were looking around for clothes that can accomodate her process of childbearing and for some reason. This entire clothing store that has clothes for all ages and all styles (for the most part). That is also owned by a family that promotes the lifestyle of welcoming and fashionable clothes. Doesn't have a section for pregnant women. @Simons : if you're looking for a new idea, start including an inevitable process in the family cycle.

I'm not sure why huge surface store like these are still a thing, aside from Costco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is always clean! The lights are bright so it kind of brings more excitement then the other stores. I don't personally like shopping here..
Not really my style but my sisters love this store! The employees are always very nice and friendly! I'm definitely coming back with my siblings!
