★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai adorée ! Beaucoup de choix et de très beaux produits que je ne connaissais pas. La dame ma très bien servis et m'a offert plusieurs suggestion. Elle est passionné par le service à la clientèle et n'a pas peur de répondre a nos questions ridicule ou non. Par contre, je suis retourner un dimanche dans la semaine en souhaitant la revoir vus la qualité de son service, mais j'ai eu un mauvais service. Trois jeunes filles qui ne m'a pas acceuillis, qui se parlait entre eux alors que des clients voulaient de l'aide. Elle jouait sur leurs téléphones. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger la jeune demoiselle qui était sur facebook alors que j'attendais à la caisse depuis deux ou trois minutes avant qu'elle réalise ma présence. Vraiment, je donne cinq étoiles pour la boutique et la dame d'âge âgée entre 40-50 ans qui offre un merveilleux services que je n'avais pas eu depuis longtemps dans les boutiques.
I loved it ! Lots of choices and great products that I didn't know about. The lady served me very well and offered several suggestions. She is passionate about customer service and isn't afraid to answer our questions silly or not. On the other hand, I am back on a Sunday in the week wishing to see her again given the quality of her service, but I had poor service. Three young girls who did not welcome me, who spoke to each other when clients wanted help. She was playing on their phones. I had the impression of disturbing the young lady who was on facebook while I was waiting at the checkout for two or three minutes before she realizes my presence. Really, I give five stars for the shop and the lady aged between 40-50 years old who offers a wonderful service that I had not had for a long time in the shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yup same here,. return policy is bad, they should tell the customers before the sale, not after when u try to return something, then they say: its written on the bill, duhh once you get the bill it means you have paid. too late for a return,. Add should say, All sales are final!!

SHAME on YOU and your policy!
I will NEVER come BACK to your store, and recommend everyone to avoid this store so you don't get a defecting item without being able to return it!!!
