But this time i dissapointed, i use my point to buy dress and estee lauder product ,i return both, the customer service said point will automatically back to original card after 1 week , but till now has been 1 month i still didn't get back my point , and 1 lady at cashier deduct 2 times of my point when i buy estee lauder she said confuse cause the sistem is change , luckily have other employee beside her and help her to do ,but my point is already deduct 2 times and still not receive my point back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian institution, slowly loosing feathers and it's sad. As long as they can be strong online they offer unique products and have exclusives. Wish the store was better maintained. Check back when the pandemic is over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a watch worth approximately $200 for Christmas. My son was told I could get it sized at no cost without the price receipt. Because I didn't have it, they charged me $15 for removing a wrung. Never returning. It's not the price it's the principal and lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a dress shirt, no employees to be found to aid finding the correct sizing(and I looked). Decided to do the try on and guess to figure out proper sizing, after setling on a shirt went to attempt to find someone for what to do/where to put the un selected shirts.
Again a ghoat town, folded them neatly left them on the stool by the dressing room.
Not ideal... however better than leaving pins everywhere.
Went to a small store not far away a million times better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated and looks nice but doesn’t have everything like other major bays. Staff was giving me looks but overall not too aggressive. I prefer other bay stores cause they are bigger and have more variety. It has two floors, bottom has women and perfumes and jewelry and upper is men and home appliances and furniture.
