★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, I purchased a few products to color my hair and they did not provide me with the correct color. Upon returning it asking for the right color, the older woman with purple hair was very rude and unhelpful, after 15mins of me being tenacious on getting the color I had asked for they finally did. I will no longer be purchasing any kind of products from that store. I can understand making a mistake but at least have the decency to rectify it.

I was very pleased by the service I received, everyone made sure me and my friend were taken care of. Special thanks to Samantha who took care of us and answered all our questions during our last visit. It was my first time in the store, but I can guarantee it won't be my last! THANK YOU! :)

I'm tired of the hounding especially if I know what I need when I enter the store. I'm giving it a 2 star because they do have a good selection.
