Commande passée en février 2021 avec un temps d'attente de 6-10 semaines. Livraison reportée chaque mois depuis. Nous avons déjà débuté nos paiements mensuels depuis février 2021. On nous a promis des suivis, aucun suivi n’a été fait, aucune ne date de livraison prévue. Sur une facture d'environ 11,000$. Nous avons reçu 2 appareils sur 4. Ils ne veulent pas reprendre les appareils. Nous sommes pris en otage par la compagnie. Aucune accommodation, le service à la clientèle se lance la balle avec le 1-833-CORBEIL. Personne ne prend la responsabilité. Employé très effronté. C’est très gênant pour Corbeil car vos appels sont probablement enregistrés. Une expérience TRÈS décevante cause ÉNORMÉMENT d'anxiété aux clients. Nous sommes des clients avec une patience EXEPTIONNEL. Aucun problème avec les autres magasins.
Order placed in February 2021 with a waiting time of 6-10 weeks. Delivery postponed each month since. We have already started our monthly payments since February 2021. We were promised follow-ups, no follow-up, no expected delivery date. On a bill of approximately $ 11,000. We received 2 out of 4 devices. They don't want to take back the devices. We are held hostage by the company. No accommodation, customer service is throwing the ball with 1-833-CORBEIL. No one takes responsibility. Very cheeky employee. This is very annoying for Corbeil because your calls are probably recorded. A VERY disappointing experience causes a LOT of customer anxiety. We are clients with EXEPTIONAL patience. No problem with other stores.

Very helpful staff. We replaced a fridge within minutes including getting delivery set up.

Staff let us course on our own and helpful when needed. Found a beautiful range stove. They have nice options than department stores, and good warranty option ...at Corbeil!!

Essentially, they were okay taking advantage of an elderly customer, cannot communicate effectively enough to be well understood, have no common sense with regards to delivery time and location changes, and are not interested in customer service by correcting errors they have a role in. Specifically, their communication skills are seriously lacking. Despite having specified a delivery date about 6 weeks after purchase (due to waiting to move to a new apartment) they called 1 week later to deliver the item. They spoke to my elderly father who didn’t understand what was happening, partly because the person on the phone was very difficult to understand and did not explain himself well (I also had difficulty understanding him.) They then delivered the item the next day to the old apartment (ie not the delivery address we had specified at time of purchase.) When I called to tell them, they refused to correct their mistake except for a fee. They would not acknowledge that any of it was their fault and had no interest in maintaining good customer relations.

We choose a bed from this company because the one we wanted was not available in another company. The day of the delivery we received a call saying that they did not had the bed and that they will call us. After a week without answer we contacted the sales representative, after 3 days without an answer we called again the sales representative to ask for a reimbursement what she answer was that the company does not does reimbursement and that we were very impatient.
