★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was a diffucult day for them. Very disorganized, staff wasn't sure where things were located. And there was a lot of people.
But, the end result is that we did find what we were looking for, the prices were very good, and the store, although busy was counting numbers and so was not over capacity. We just wish they had their organizing in a much better state!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curb pick up was quick and easy. In store shopping was nice. I was asked if I needed help with anything by 3 different floor employees during one visit. How refreshing not to have to hunt then down through the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is organized and clean. We didn't have to talk with any workers. The hand sanitizer smelled so bad I almost vomited. But after that I found what I needed, And I'm generally happy with this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is like all other Rona's. If you are only English speaking, there are very few staff who are fluent in English too. I always test my French as best as I am able and do always get the help I need. When selecting wood, I generally don't get to pick. They will put back really warped boards if you ask but will generally just take whatever is on top. If I need straight boards, I will now go to poltimore home hardware or a home depot where I can pick a little bit more when necessary.
