Would have been nice if he acknowledged us and said he would be with us shortly, he was on the phone all the time.

I've updated my review because after posting a review here about an issue I had with the finishing work of the installation, Quadecor followed up directly with me and had the problem quickly resolved. Now my floors look absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. Quadecor was very committed to ensuring I was satisfied with my floors.
