JF has been looking after me for some years now, He has always been professional, polite and really believes in customer service. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of parts, water treatment and equipment. He has given me outstanding advise when I was pulling my hair out because I was doing something wrong or something was not working properly. JF is indeed a fantastic asset to this store and goes out of his way to treat all customers with the utmost courtesy and advice.

So dissatisfied and unhappy with this place! Terrible, terrible service in Gatineau, 807 Boulevard St-Rene Ouest … just awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hoping to get the option of ZERO star .. horrible service don’t waste your time and money .. Please don’t give your hard earned money to this company once they sell you the pool and take your payment !! Pouf they disappeared can’t get a answer or a email back !! I had to take a day off work to go in store and even then I didn’t get any answers on my purchase. Don’t bother with these people they are making huge profit and no service your just a number … STAY AWAY FROM THEM TRUST ME
