★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fence install went well. However after a couple of years, the post to which our gate attaches started heaving in the winter, damaging our fence.
Updated to add that the repair was completed last week.
Generally, the work is well done, and the product is good but if you do need a repair, be aware that there are communication issues which may lead to many delays in getting the fix done. In my case, from time of initial contact to follow through was eight months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous customer of this company, had used them in the past when Jorge Senior was in charge. He did great work and was very professional. Very impressed by Jorge Senior.
Unfortunately, his son Jorge Jr has ruined his business. Signed a contract with him in August 2020. Gave him 50% deposit (over 2k), which was cashed right away. It has now been over one-year, numerous calls, voicemails, Facebook messages, text messages, ultimately all leading to false promises by Jorge. To this date the fence is not erected – I had requested for a refund and no response. Final notice for refund was sent and court action is in process, as this is the only solution to get my money back. Please avoid this company at all costs. Not worth your time.
Edit: 2022-01-26, contacted the office, no response, received a text message instead (December 3, 2021) saying that I would get a refund on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, . Till this date no refund has been received. I'm out of pocket over 2k. Again, avoid this company at all costs.

Wow, professional, quality, service.
I’m a new home owner with a humble little place in Orleans. I am however walking taller with the sexy new fence and deck they’ve added for my family. Sometimes it’s all about the little things and the details. My home now has the wow factor my family and I have been looking for.
Thank you Pro-Fence and Decks Inc for the professional and quality service you’ve provided me with. Money well spent is money in the bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: May 31, 2022 - Pro Fence and Decks has replaced most of the fence after finally receiving confirmation from the manufacturer that there was a defect with the product installed. They acknowledged that communication could have been better during the 14 month wait to get this resolved.
Our fence has completely faded in all areas exposed to direct sunlight after only four years. We contacted Pro Fence and Decks earlier this year to get this fixed. After weekly emails and phone calls they finally came by in July 2021 to look at the issue and take some photos. The photos I am attaching are the ones taken by the company. They agreed the fence had faded and needed to be fixed. Since then, the company has ignored all emails and phone calls. It has now been six months since we initially contacted them and our fence is still no closer to being fixed. Pro Fence and Decks is a complete sham. We opened a claim with the BBB but they ignored it completely and it has impacted their BBB rating. They are no longer BBB accredited because of this. They use inferior materials and they don't care about their customers. Your fence will look horrible after only a couple of years and they will not honour their written warranty. Your only option will be to bring them to small claims court, which is our next step. They are a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and pick any other company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Pro-Fence and Deck to install my custom fence and to renovate my basement! What an amazing experience it was!! I was dealing Jorge ( Manager/Owner) extremely friendly and honest person to work with, we had a small delay due to shortage of wood and lack of employees due to covid, Jorge and the Pro-Fence family made sure to advise me on every delay and made sure the job got done and done RIGHT!
Jorge's quality of work is next to none! The workmanship and top quality material used to renovate my basement was just amazing. I highly recommend Pro-Fence and Decks for ANY renovation needs! I have tons of before and after pictures of the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro-Fence came to me as a referral from a friend who has used them many times before and had nothing but great things to say regarding the staff and quality of work. I had spoken with a few other vendors before being put in contact with Pro-Fence but Jorge’s professionalism and eagerness to help with my project sold me immediately. I hired Pro-Fence to install a PVC fence and am very happy that I did. Jorge and his team were a pleasure to deal with, made the buying process easy, and delivered A1 craftsmanship.
I will be using Pro-Fence for future projects and highly recommend them to everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit November 10: Profence has come to fix some of the quick fix issues. They have owned up to their mistakes and have investigated the bowing which they think is a manufacturer issue and are in the process of replacing the affected panels but this cannot be done until the spring.
We unfortunately had both our fence and deck installed by Profence. After less than 3 years, the bottom panels on 75% of the fence have bowed. Some vertical panels were cut shorter than others leaving a gap at the top of the fence and exposed screws. The cuts on our deck are atrocious and multiple screws were left scattered on our grass. We have contacted them NUMEROUS times this summer to assess the quality of their work. 4 times they have said they would come, 4 times they have not shown up. Now it is impossible to get any reply.
