Orleans Hot Tubs and Pools

New to world of hot tubs and Swim Spas, having never previously owned one, in June 2019 we met with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Orleans Hot Tubs Pools. In particular, we would like to identify Mohammed who went out of his way to educate, answer all of our questions leading us through the purchase, pre-install/delivery planning, delivery, and setup operations of new 2019 Hypdropool 16FX AquaTrainer swim spa. We had quickly come to realize that we had selected the right team who provided outstanding one-on-one personal service throughout the critical steps, scheduling milestones and post install swim spa operations and water management requirements. Their customer service, enduring professional support and the Hydropool Swim Spa purchase can be summed up with the words, "Best Decision Ever”. Thanks Orleans Hot Tubs & Pools.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a hot tub through a company called Capital City Pools and Spa 2 years ago; Bruce Constant was the Director of this company and in business with his father-in-law. This company closed down and Bruce Constant opened a new one now called Orleans Hot Tubs and Pools. FIRST RED FLAG! It's been a nightmare of an experience for the last 2 years. What started as the motor not working, to leaks after leaks that took many visits from different technicians to find, to another malfunction that was caused 2 1/2 full hot tubs leaking onto my interlock (2,797 liters of water), to one of their technicians opening my water tap in -26 degree weather and hitting the water tap with a screwdriver when the water wasn't flowing, forcing the water tap which then, of course, lead to the pipe immediately bursting, causing a leak in my finished basement with over $10,000 of damage. Their employees do not care about people's property. Not only did all this force me to do an insurance claim on my home insurance, their employees also damaged my fence when changing the hot tub, broke Xmas decoration that was attached to an extension cord by pulling on it when it was stuck in the snow, I had to pay for the replacement of the water tap and service call from my pocket since insurance deemed the damaged caused by human error, and I am now left with a non-functioning hot tub because they apparently do not know how to connect the new one anymore, which is the same hot tub. The hot tub is also missing two options the Tranquility Package and the Gecko APP that I had paid for. I am also left with a moldy cover because the hot tub was not functioning for 3 1/2 months during the winter and the cover brace that is all rusted because they did not put the cover over the bolts. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR BRUCE CONSTANT. Save yourself a headache and go purchase elsewhere! There ‘s much better company in Ottawa that has HydroPool tub. I asked Bruce to replace my cover, to connect my hot tub so it would now function, and for an amount of $850 for the damage on my fence door and this was his response: You purchased this hot tub through another company) AND we have only offered to help, as a dealer/partner of Hydro pool Hot Tubs Inc. Our Company was never obligated to help you. (He was in business with his father-in-law at Capital City Pools & Spa and they closed down) I WILL REPEAT, SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND BUY ELSEWHERE! Just had our hot tub delivered yesterday & received amazing service at Orleans Hot Tubs. Bruce and Frank the electrician are so knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend buying your hot tub and supplies there! Five stars!

So, 2022. I'm about to toddle off to my Hydropool, and I just thought I should FINALLY get around to writing a review of this joint. So, if you live in the Ottawa area, and you want a hot tub or swim spa (go for the swim spa), I would sincerely recommend these guys. My spa, the big mid-life crisis buy, arrived just after Canada Day, after a long wait and various adventures getting the concrete pad down and electrical done. It was installed perfectly, with an unbelievable display of expertise by the crane crew. However, it was, well, leaking. It continued to leak, even after Bruce and his team showed up again and again to fix and patch. It worked, I just had to replace the water a wee bit more often than I thought. Then, finally, Hydropool discovered that one of their suppliers had shipped them a bad batch of intake valves. Bruce and Mohammed went to bat for us, and secured a brand new replacement one, installed, at no extra cost to us. Since Halloween it's been bubbling away just fine, no leaks, and has allowed me to get back to work from the lockdown. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself and my family, and making it happen through these guys and this company was the best decision I ever made. Happy New Years!

After 7 years of thinking about it we took the plunge and got ourselves a 7 seater hot tub! We love it! The staff of Orleans Hot Tub and Pools are always friendly and there to answer our questions! I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering get a hot tub!

We had our hot tub delivered a few weeks ago and we could not be more happy with our purchase. We had an amazing experience with Orleans Hot Tubs and Pools. We are first time hot tub owners and had a lot of questions. Mika and Mohammed were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient, they took the time to show us the many options available without making us feel any pressure to buy. Bruce was fantastic on delivery and Frank the Electrician was great from start to finish. The personal, helpful service continues after delivery. We highly recommend Orleans Hot Tubs.

Stopped in for the first time on a whim as my normal pool store at the top of Trim road was closed. Was searching for a couple of "O" rings for my salt water pool system. Although they didn't have that exact size available at the moment ,the staff and owner took 10 minutes to search for components in their huge harehouse so the could open a part package and remove a couple of o rings to help me out. Who does this????. This is amazing old school service. Haven't been treated so well in retail for years. While they looked for comfortable pieces for me I took the time to look at their prices. Omg! They are super knowledgeable, happy to go above and beyond to help their customers and their prices were even cheaper than my normal place. They are three minutes farther than my regular pool store but the friendliness and going that extra mile has won me over. Thank you so much and I wish you a busy summer. We are extremely pleased with our experience and love our new hot tub. The staff definitely knows how to keep a customer satisfied and is going beyond expectations. This is so important because the relationship will last for many years. Buying is one thing but maintenance and everything else after is key. We shopped many places before buying and we are so happy we chose this store!
