He was accommodating and very knowledgeable, ensuring I purchased the right pool for my yard. Although my pool is only being installed in the up coming months, so far the process has been great. I highly recommend contacting Adrian if you’re considering getting a pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mermaid came through after months of delays from Arctic Spas. Adrian was friendly and helpful, and overall the experience was positive. I can safely recommend Bullfrog spas products as well. Very good quality, inexpensive to run, and the jet packs are much better than standard jets, as you can relocate to your appropriate seat height, and they really dig in where you need it. A+++
Thanks for making our winter so much more enjoyable. We still go in as a family nearly every evening !!! The kids love it too.

He helped us make the right choice for our family, without ever applying any pressure. The hot tub we chose was in stock and we went ahead with the purchase. We experienced communication challenges with the delivery services. And finally, the technicians who came to our home to install the cover handle and check the water and the chemicals were amazing! Overall, we are happy and satisfied with our new hot tub and the service received from Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs Orleans.

He was very professional and informative on all the types of hot tubs in a way that made us want all of them! I especially appreciated that he treated us with respect as I often find, being a younger couple, we sometimes get dismissed when looking for high-cost items. He was super friendly and simply an enjoyable guy to chat with! We didn't walk away with a hot tub but will absolutely go back to see Adrian when we are ready to purchase!!

I never felt pressured to buy anything right away and both individuals were very professional. Adrian answered all my questions and provided an amazing package that included all essentials. Adrian was awesome - very knowledgeable, was willing to answer all of our questions, and help us through the entire process. Leah was super helpful in facilitating the delivery process. Delivery by their third party delivery company went great, the guys got it into the backyard quick and efficiently, even though we are a townhouse where you need to go through 3 other backyards for access. Definitely recommend checking them out!

We recently had a minor issue with the spillover spa, a service technician ( Stephane) attended on the scheduled day and time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it same day service ! I highly recommend Mermaid and all their great staff.
