★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very friendly while selling you products and warrantees etc. However, the one time I actually had to use a warrantee with one of their products the staff member dealing with me was very disrespectful and refused to even consider my issue at hand, leaving me $46 down the drain with a faulty mod and warrantee I bought days prior. If you are to buy from here just consider it final sale unless you want to get mouthed off by their employee's. I emphasize DO NOT waste your money on a warrantee here. If your looking for good all around customer service (even when dealing with faulty products) I'd recommend to go to mist vapes on st.joseph. Not as corporate as rouge but the employees actual care about your experience with their products and are willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location used to be great. A recent change in management and staffing have resulted in a terrible quality of service at this location. The new manager is unprofessional and standoffish. I would skip this location and literally go to any other available vape shop.

All about selling the highest price in the store, discouraged look oh the guys face when I said I only wanted to spend no more than 40.00 , he stopped and started paying more attention to a coworker instead of serving me so I just left. Sorry corp but way better service at the ma & pa (so to speak) vapes shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liquid selection is great, anything else you should look elsewhere. Make sure the staff have the right liquid in their hand even if they acknowledge your order, the owner will blame you for not paying attention to something they should be paying attention to in the first place.
