We're very lucky to have met Todd at the first house we saw. As first time home buyers we really didn't know a lot about buying a house. We saw a place online we liked and gave the number a call. Todd was extremely helpful, honest and patient. He truly wanted us to find the perfect house and went above and beyond making this happen. It's hard to describe the process of buying your first house until you start. It's pretty overwhelming. Without Todd's understanding of value and true desire to find us the right place we easily would of been out of our comfort zone and settled for much less. Todd always knew there was better. He really understands value and the market. He showed us around 20 houses, without him we really would not have known better was out there. "For the same amount of money you could find better". He knew and truly found us a really great place. I'm pretty shocked thinking back on the mistakes I could of made without his experience. Honestly, I was going to put offers into some of the other places, ready to overpay, because I was "ready" to find my first place. Todd always prevented this from happening, he wanted to find me better for the money. He's a really honest guy and a great teacher. Beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend him enough.
