She expediently orchestrated the steps with other professionals (ex. photograph, assessor of space/unit layout) and established the electronic platforms for virtual signing and showing notifications which facilitated the process. I wish to mention e that I confirmed my intention to sell on Monday and 7 days later i signed a sale agreement above the asking price. While the process was short lived, the agent Genevieve Landry remained available, professional, informative and responsive throughout the process. She has sold many properties for family members and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
